Maybe you are better off buying a standard serial DCF77 receiver that connects to RxD and uses control lines (CTS/DTR) for power supply. The DCF signal is fed directly into the UARTs RxD line. With the baud rate set to 50 you can decode ones and zeroes character by character (each character is excatly one bit) and combine them to a complete DCF data set. I'd suggest not using that ELV thing because most of these "intelligent" gadgets don't allow you a _precise_ syncronisation to the radio signal. For the standard serial receivers there is plenty of source code. Just look at the ntp 4 source code, which is the standard time synchronisation software for Unix. Mit freundlichen Gren Dipl.-Ing.
