	I'm looking for someone to share a house.  Potential
roommates must be non-smokers.

House:  Small two-bedroom single story home with basement
               and garage.  Utilities are very reasonable.

Location:  North of Montgomery Rd. near Philips Park in Aurora.
                  13 miles from Indian Hill.

       Rent:  $195/month + utilities.
