Looking at what MAILER-DAEMON sent back to you:

It looks like some of these inN.ibm.net serves are immediately
teminating SMTP connections, right now in1, in3, in6 and in7.ibm.net
are exhibiting this behavior.  Usually if a box is overloaded it
will refuse connections, so there may be a system or software problem
over there.  They will need to fix it, and hopefully should be well
aware that this is a problem.
