I'm not sure about how to set up the IP addresses on FreeBSD, but to set
up the Apache server you don't have to duplicate the files.
<VirtualHost www.domain1.com>
ServerAdmin you@domain1.com
DocumentRoot /a/b/c/apache/htdocs
ServerName www.domain1.com
ErrorLog logs/errors_log
TransferLog logs/access_log
</VirtualHost>
<VirtualHost www.domain2.com>
ServerAdmin you@domain2.com
DocumentRoot /a/b/c/apache/htdocs
ServerName www.domain2.com
ErrorLog logs/errors_log
TransferLog logs/access_log
</VirtualHost>
If FreeBSD is like Solaris, you just have to set up the machine to answer
to both IP addresses and configure your mail alias file and take care of
DNS. I'm not sure about the exact syntax.
