I've dialed up to Best using MkLinux on a Mac.  I use ezppp (a GUI
application that runs under X). I don't know of any step by step
instructions specific to Best, but ezppp is pretty easy to configure, and
the information you need is basically the same as for a Mac or Windows PC.
