So doesn't that mean you've been overbilled for at least one month?
(Or more, depending on what happens next month.)

My experience is similar to Paul's -- three billings, very close in time.
As for Tom Digby (described elsewhere in this thread), my billing was
skipped in my August credit card cycle.  But, before then, it had been
averaging 1.0 billings per cycle (i.e., a 0-billing month was always
adjacent to a 2-billing month, so things were always square).  So I believe
I've been overbilled by at least one month, and unless there's a billing
hiatus next cycle it will be two.

I contacted Verio billing, and was told:
"Thank you for your email. Please note that our Payment Processing Team have
advised that all the charges that were charged in error for account cid:
<foo> will all be reversed to the credit card and to wait for at least 10
days before it post to the account. Please check your next statement and
advise us of any discrepancy under reference number <bar>."
This was on 10/18; still no credit as of 10/27.

Sigh.
