while we are on the subject here I'm a home user with a class c network 

drcoffsite.com .... I do go through a local isp however.. what happens if I 
refuse to pay and they remove my record does this mean to no-one can figure 
out which are the primary and secondary names servers for my domain ????

p.s. I hate saic... what is to stop them from charging 1000.00 per year 
unfort. I see the need for some government legislation here to control 
rates... much like we have to do with the phone companies etc. etc.
