Verio has always said it was a webhosting company, so the lack of
dialup seems trivial to me. After all, they already gave you the
Sprint <expletive>. It was worth nothing, so that's where
"complimentary" comes into it.

But they have also been completely unprofessional. I'm sure they
consider this the New World of Business: Refuse to say anything
to anyone, and slowly (or not so slowly) remove features of the
service. Good luck, Verio. This may look great to you now, but
down the road, you're going to run out of suckers. You've got
nothing to offer anyone, so it's all a shell game. As for you Verio
employees, I hope you like the look of your bank accounts; otherwise,
good excuses for participating in this ran out months ago.

Regarding the question on expediting... I did get a confirmation
from them, but it comes on their time schedule. I can't say anything
about whether they're going to actually stop billing me yet, but I
can tell you that they created the new account, despite my cancellation.
I expect an Earthlink invoice, not that I have any intention of
paying it.
