    Ok, I've rescheduled the nntp2.ba.best.com renaming yet again.  This time
    it will occur monday night.

    Newsgroup numbering is going to jump for nntp1.best.com, nntp2.best.com,
    and nntp2.ba.best.com users.  Note that nntp1.ba.best.com (note the 'ba')
    is not effected. 

    This may cause newsreaders some consternation, so beware.

    --

    other happenings:  a bug in 'NEWGROUPS' has been fixed, and the Supersedes:
    header now works properly.
