gcc persona & file permissions

When I create a file in gcc (or more specifically, by calling a cgi
written in c, and compiled in gcc on a commerce shell), the uid is
"nobody" and group is "mosiac" - is there a way within gcc to set the
user id for new files to me?

The idea is to create a file that cannot be read by anyone, even if
they type in the complete URL of the file. (They have no way of
finding out what the filename of the created file is, yet I'd feel
better!). But yet I would still like the file to be accessable by the
same cgi if it was invoked again.

Thanks,
Mike
