Sometimes in the news I hear about 160.000 open positions in the 
scientific area. When I see onto the websites from universities and firms 
there are only people needed as travelling salesmen, half positions or 
with slim profile.

Who knows from only one (from all those 160000) position for a molecular 
biologist (DNA/RNA/Proteins) who want to work in research and development 
in Germany ?
