Hi somebody can send me information about collecting and culture methods of
freshwater protozoa,that we use as bioindicators of contamination.

Hello,

Im working with the pathogen Cryptosporidum parvum, the protozoan
found in runoff waters from agricultural practises. They are primarily
found in the feces of the calves and regarding the culturing methods
you may refer any of the research papers studying cryptosporidium
transport.
