The WSEAS TRANSACTIONS ON ELECTRONICS
has been started. The contents of the FIRST ISSUE: January 2004
has been already announced on the web.
The second Issue of the WSEAS TRANSACTIONS ON ELECTRONICS will include the selected
papers from the
WSEAS 
  * 3rd WSEAS Int.Conf. on ELECTRONICS, HARDWARE, WIRELESS & OPTICAL
COMMUNICATIONS (includes the Symposium: Microwaves, Antennas and Radar
Systems) (EHAC 2004)

 in Salzburg, Austria, February 13-15, 2004

jointly with:
  * 3rd WSEAS Int.Conf. on SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, PARALLEL & DISTRIBUTED
SYSTEMS (SEPADS 2004)
  * 3rd WSEAS Int.Conf. on ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, KNOWLEDGE ENGINEERING,
DATA BASES (AIKED 2004)
  * 3rd WSEAS Int.Conf. on SIGNAL PROCESSING, ROBOTICS AND AUTOMATION
(ISPRA 2004)

Please, amplify this multiconference
and PUBLISH your paper in two different international fora: 
in the WSEAS Multiconference in Salzburg, Austria, February 13-15, 2004
(a) as regular papers in the WSEAS conference proceedings
