I am looking for the best sequencers software available, either
commercially or public. I am now using pcgene and genepro and find them
not very good. I expect the following from a good package:
-easy data entry and verification
-quick sequence comparison with a single file or against a database
-on screen collating into large file (ordered)
Is this asked to much?
Those of you who are convinced to have the ultimate or something closeby
please let me know.
