Restriction Mapping Programs

We are looking for a computer program to facilitate restriction maps of
plasmid DNA's and would like to know if one is available and if we
could aquire it. Specifically, the program should be compatible with
IBM PS2 computers, and allow the drawing and storage of restriction
maps in the absense of sequence information. The program should also
allow restriction fragments to be cut out of existing plasmids and be
added to the original plasmid, and the resulting restriction map to be
drawn out.
