I have put the latest source codes for ZOO and BOOZ on nic.funet.fi
you will find them in ~pub/sci/molbio/vax and ~pub/sci/molbio/unix
as zoo21.arc and booz.arc.

They are available via anonymous ftp from nic.funet.fi
Login with username anonymous and password guest.
