Hello GCG-world!
I have just finished a q+d program for converting the newly available
PROSITE files (from EMBL-netserver) into our good old FIND-format.
It seems to work with he current PROSITE release and is supposed to work
with further releases too.
The program is written in VAX-pascal (horrible style) and is of course
freely available to anyone interested.
If someone has no means to compile the program, i could send an UUencoded
executable too.
If someone has no means to run the program, i could send the converted
PROSITE file too.
