Dear all, I've just put release candidate 1 of the upcoming V3.2.0 line of MIRA on SourceForge: http://sourceforge.net/projects/mira-assembler/. Main changes since 3.0.5: 1. "Official" support of PacBio (including strobed reads) 2. Revamped manuals (HTML & PDF) 3.
