PoissonMax is a small (8 KB) program for computing Poisson maximum likelihood frequencies from limiting dilution data. Means are given with 95% confidence limits and Chi-square value for goodness of fit to the Poisson model. The executable runs in a command window under all versions of Windows. The algorithms were designed for tolerance of very wide titration ranges and data that may conform poorly to the Poisson model.
