One is the chromosome map tool for visualizing localization of specific
genes in chromosomes. For Arabidopsis, there is a really good tool
available under TAIR:

http://www.arabidopsis.org/jsp/ChromosomeMap/tool.jsp

I don't know whether there are similar tools available for other species or
there is a cross-species tool.

The other one is gene visualization tool. I have dozens of genes, and I
want to draw a line to represent length and position of domain for each
gene. Is there is tool for this purpose also?
