   There has been discussion and agreement on the mailing list
 Polio@sjuvm.stjohns.edu about creating a bi-directional gateway
 between the mailing list and the newsgroup alt.support.post-polio.
 It was felt that this would provide the most information to the most
 people. This plan has received support from the list owners, the list
 administrator, and the subscribers of the newsgroup. The intent is,
 if possible, to have the gateway created and registered through
 american.edu  The purpose of the groups is to discuss and share
 information on all aspects of Polio and Post Polio Syndrome. If
 there are any questions or concerns regarding this, please post to
 bit.admin or contact me via private e-mail at epwoll@execpc.com
