I have been pursuing the creation of a bi-directional gateway for
the listserv PMAIL@UA1VM.UA.EDU.  The newsgroup I propose is
        bit.listserv.pmail

This list is dedicated to users of Pegasus Mail- an electronic mail
system for use with Novell Netware (versions 2.15a and later).  Topics
of discussion include Pegasus Mail and its companion gateways
(Mercury, an NLM-based SMTP gateway and Charon, an SMTP gateway by
Brad Clements).

I have sent mail to the list owner and the listserv administrator at
UA1VM.  They both have consented to the gateway.

I have also just posted to the list, asking for approval.  Responses
so far have been favorable.

I therefore post to bit.admin, hoping I see no objections.  In which
case, I will continue this pursuit.
