In fulfillment of the requirements for establishing a gateway,
I am requesting opinions or objections to the formation of a
bi-directional gateway between the list HYDROGEN@URIACC.URI.EDU
and the new newsgroup SCI.ENERGY.HYDROGEN.

The purpose of both the list and the newsgroup is the discussion
of topics and the posting of news and events relating to the
use of hydrogen as an alternative fuel.

Discussion will take place for a period of seven days, until
September 23, 1993.  If there is no major dissenting opinion,
a request for the formation of this gatway will be made.
