Many may be asking why I am replying to my own message(MAKE THOUSANDS OF
DOLLARS IN NO TIME), well there is a simple answer. The subject that my message
dealt with was a complete SCAM!! Yes the letter may have been, to some, quite
convincing, but it was false. The letter that I presented was one of many that
I found on the internet that was listed so many times, but in many different
ways by people involved in the GET RICH QUICK SCHEME or THE MONEY MAKING
SCHEME. My cousin was one to fall for these schemes and was scammed out of her
money. The letter was similar to mine only it asked for $5 instead of $1. She
spent a total of $25 in the scam to get nothing back in return. She was easily
fooled and so are so many other people. I wrote my message to see the reaction
people would have, but was sadden that no one was able to reply. However, I was
able to get a response by a government official that was very informative. So
if anyone ever encounters these CHAIN LETTERS on their search for fast money
remember the following:

The scheme that they describe is illegal in many countries.
(Actually, I do not know of any country in which it is legal.) I have
appended a document which applies in the United States of America. It
is from the United States Postal Service web page at:

    http://www.usps.gov/websites/depart/inspect/chainlet.htm

In addition, posting chain letters of any sort to Usenet usually violates
the acceptable usage agreement between you and your network service
provider.

Some other informative pages about "Make Money Fast" are at:

Most chain letters claim that they are perfectly legal and that they are
not actually chain letters. Many claim to be legal because there is a
"service" performed, such as exchanging mailing lists, recipes, or
reports on making money. All of these claims are false. CHAIN LETTERS ARE
ILLEGAL. Please remember this when you encounter a chain letter of this or any
other sort that deals with $$ or valuables.
