Due to problems with our Internet line to SURAnet, approximately one half
of a  day's worth  of postings  were dropped by  the machine  which feeds
auvm.american.edu. As a result, some  postings to newsgroups gatewayed to
mailing lists  were not posted to  the lists, and some  mailing list mail
(as  well  as  posts  generated  by  AU users)  was  not  posted  to  any
newsgroups. The  posts in  questions would have  been ones  which arrived
here during  the day  on Wednesday,  June tenth. We  are taking  steps to
ensure the problem does not reoccur and appologize for any inconvenience.
