What to do about fail reports?

Whenever I post to the Usenet group bit.listserv.novell, I get a fail
report from ext.missouri.edu. It seems to be delivering to a cc:Mail
system and to have gone wrong in the gateway. The LISTSERV is at
Syracuse (wherever that is), and this is the only fail report. In any
case, I am posting to Usenet, not sending it to the mailing list.

But the real problem, the problem that has made me post to bit.admin,
is that even after (politely) pointing out the problem to
postmaster@ext.missouri.edu (who sent the fail reports), I have got no
response and I still keep getting these fail reports. What am I supposed
to do in this case? Let me say once again that I am posting to a Usenet
group, we are not a BITNET site, and I have no time to get involved in
BITNET!

If someone in the BITNET world could sort this out, I'd be very grateful,
and so I'm sure would all the other people who've been posting to the
list and probably getting fail reports as well!

Thank you.
