I'd appreciate hearing from anyone who knows how I'd go about changing a
bit.listserv.* group to moderated format.  Does this request have to be
issued through American University?  Can newsgroup admin authority for the
bit.listserv.* groups be transferred to Newsguy now that they've taken over
gateway services?  I've mailed the question to Hershel Brown at american.edu,
but haven't gotten a response as yet.
