No. I have sent a number of pieces of mail to the new list owner (who
sent me mail a while back saying he wanted the gateway to continue) and
to the list, but have been able to get the new list owner to set up the
subscription as needed by the gateway (with the "FULLHDR" option which
causes listserv to generate a Message-ID). From my monitoring the list
(the rejected posts are sent to me by the gateway) it is my impression
that the list owner has left the list running on autopilot. I do not
know why he is not responding to e-mail sent to his personal account.

The gateway will not operate until I get the cooperation of the list
owner. If he does not respond soon (and I have been writing to him for
almost a month now) I may give up and send out a rmgroup for b.l.gaynet.
I would regret doing it, but may have no choice.
