I may be running behind on setting up some gateways or dealing 
with problems with others... simply because I'm trying to do three
months worth of work in two and the load is tremendous. I am not
aware, though, of just ignoring any requests. If you didn't hear
back from me, please send the request again. I do have some three
hundred "must do" mail messages queued, but I try to get back a
short acknowledgement. If I missed one, I appologize.
