Bit.listserv.politics, the gateway for the bitnet list POLITICS at VILLVM,
is now a moderated gateway (and has been, in fact, for some time now --
see the most recent list of moderated bit.* groups).  The moderation is
functioning fine as far as posting from the listserv group to the gateway
goes, but its evident that several sites have not yet assigned the
e-mail address for the moderator of bit.listserv.politics to be
"politics%villvm@cunyvm.cuny.edu".  

So, if you're an administrator at a usenet site, and you haven't done this
yet, I ask that you do.  Though everyone on politics was warned in advance
that some interruptions in their ability to post via bit.listserv.politics
would occur, they're starting to get antsy, and we're running out of
tranquilizer darts.

(A little listowner humor, there.  Heh.)
