UKARC is a list for the University of Kentucky Amateur Radio Club. We feel that we would have more exposure around our University if our list was distributed on USENET around the state of Kentucky. -- -=+ John S. This sounds like a private gateway to a ky. group would be more appropriate. -- Andy Hooper, Queen's University Computing Services, Kingston, Ontario, Canada hooper@post.queensu.ca

Bit.* is a worldwide hierarchy. You need to talk to your local Usenet administrator about setting up a newsgroup within your university or state hierarchy, and creating a local gateway. -- Una Smith smith-una@yale.edu Department of Biology, Yale University, New Haven, CT 06520-8104 USA
