I'm the listowner for SCREEN-L, the Film and TV Studies Discussion Group,
and I've been wondering about the possibility of gating it to Usenet.

SCREEN-L is oriented around the *teaching and research* of film and
television, and has been on ua1vm.ua.edu since March 1991. It differs from
other film/TV-oriented listservs such as CINEMA-L and FILM-L (which are
already gated to Usenet) in that SCREEN-L focuses on the *study* of cinema/
TV while CINEMA-L is aimed at movie fans and FILM-L serves filmmakers.
SCREEN-L is thus more academic in its orientation.

Would there be any objections to including SCREEN-L in Usenet?

Thanks!
