'Nother Uni-directional Question: Moderated Group

If a bit.listserv group is moderated, then postings to the newsgroup are,
natch, sent to the moderator.

One question: What is the *return* address on these posts? Is it the address
of the poster, or is it a generic address of Usenet itself?

Thanks!

The post is mailed to the moderator using normal e-mail. The post comes
directly from the user's client, so it has the user's e-mail address as
the "From:" value.
