I am the administrator for the listserv list DTP-L.
I have created a newsgroup "bit.listserv.dtp-l" and need to know how to propagate
it in the bit hierarchy.
I have read of references to a control message to be sent out but I do not know
what it should say or whom to send it to...
Please help by e-mail, as our receipt of this hierarchy is sporadic at best...
