I am proposing to make the postings of DTP-L available to the Usenet
as a newsgroup called "bit.listserv.dtp-l".

This list provides a forum for discussion across platforms of Desktop
Publishing solutions, whether hardware, software or imagineware.

All submissions to the list would be echoed to the newsgroup
and all articles posted to the newsgroup would be sent out to the list
members (bi-directional gateway).

Please voice any objections to or suggestions for this proposal to me, the list
owner, at <mross@antigone.com>.
