bit.admin.ctl?

I recently sent out rmgroup messages for a number of groups in the
altnet that had been given names like alt.foo.bar.ctl. This normally
happens when someone doesn't know the correct way to issue a newgroup
message, sending out:
Newsgroups: xxx.ctl
Subject: newgroup xxx.ctl
Control: newgroup xxx.ctl
instead of:
Newsgroups: xxx.ctl
Subject: newgroup xxx
Control: newgroup xxx
(Note that even in the correct version, one .ctl suffix is required.)
While finding these groups I noticed that a group bit.admin.ctl has
been created, which has had no traffic for a long time. Possibly it
has never had any.
Unless anyone has any objections, therefore, I will rmgroup it. But
if anyone would like the group kept, just send me an e-mail. I have
set followups to poster, since there seems little point in discussing
this on bit.admin (hopefully it is just a tidy-up, and not anything
controversial).
