Currently we only have one newsfeed for the bit.* newsgroups, and
we sometimes lose touch with it for awhile, so we'd like to
get bit.* from an additional source.  We can transfer news over uucp,
and can do uucp-over-Internet.   We'll foot any phone bills.
(we don't yet have nntp working through our Internet gateway).
