I am proposing a global gateway for techwr-l. Techwr-l is a list
which covers technical writing/communication. The list addresses
academic and practical aspects of technical writing, in addition
to any related issues which come up.
 
I suggest the newsgroup be called bit.listserv.techwr-l.
 
If anyone has any objections, please let me know.
