In the very near future the hostname PSUVAX1 will be retired.  When this
happens the machine that will be replacing PSUVAX1 WILL NOT ACT AS A GATEWAY
between UUCP and BITNET or the INTERNET.  We are no longer able to do this
because of a lack of resources (both people and material) in the CS
department here at Penn State.  Are there any other sites around that are
willing to do this?
