Charter: 
Group Topic: IDMSAPPL-L is intended to focus on issues related to
application design, development, coding, testing, implementing, and
maintaining, as related to both in-house applications and commercial
applications running against a CA-IDMS database. 
 
Posting Guidelines: Advertisements and other "commercial" type activities
are not allowed. Nor are the lists a place for "Help Wanted", "Position
Vacancy" and "Position Wanted" type of announcements. 

Common-sense rules of etiquette and professionalism apply. Name-calling and
other derogatory comments directed toward individuals or organizations are
strictly prohibited on IDMSAPPL-L. 

Discussion of 3rd-party products or services that support, enhance, and/or
complement CA-IDMS software or applications are welcome and encouraged, as
are any topics that are not strictly technical, but specifically pertain or
are of interest to the IDMS community. IT-related humor (in small doses) is
also acceptable. "User testimonials" must be posted BY THE USER
her/himself. 3rd party service/product providers may NOT forward such user
testimonials.
