Could someone tell me how to contact the administrators of the
bit.listserv. I would like to request them to add the inter-l mailing
list at vtvm2.cc.vt.edu (vtvm2.bitnet) to this hierarchy. It is a
mailing list for Foreign Student Advisors. It carries a lot of useful
information for foreign students and administrators. But the number
of messages (20-25/day) is too much for a mailing-list and would be
more appropriate for a usenet newsgroup.

Could you please e-mail to me directly at rbhumbla@ucsd.edu. Our
campus, for some reason, doesn't get this newsgroup (bit.admin) and I
am posting through another site which is usually not very easy for me
to access.
