As the Listowner for Celiac, I would like to propose that our List be 
gated to the bit.listserv.* family as bit.listserv.celiac.

CELIAC is an open, unmoderated discussion list for those interested in
Celiac Disease (Coeliac Sprue), dermatitis herpetiformis, gluten
intolerance, wheat allergy, and co-incident intolerances, such as 
casein or lactose intolerance.

The Listowners are: Bill Elkus, Michael Jones, Jim Lyles, Lisa Lewis, 
and Evan Hunt.

Celiac has been operational since November 1994, and currently has 
about 1,150 subscribers.

The Listserv adminstrator and subcribers to Celiac are in agreement
with the concept.

There will be no crossposting.

This message is being posted to bit.admin on 02-01-96.  If there are no
objections, this message will be forwarded to news-admin@american.edu on
02-08-96.
