The following changes have been made in the bit.* newsgroups:

Closed:
bit.listserv.hindu-d     (HINDU-D no longer exists)
bit.listserv.innopac     (Closed at list owner's request)
bit.listserv.isn         (ISN no longer exists)
bit.listserv.valert-l    (VALERT-L no longer exists)
bit.listserv.xerox-l     (XEROX-L no longer exists)

(See? Spams do serve some value... they tell us which groups
no longer exist.)

Renamed:
bit.listserv.csg-l to bit.sci.purposive-behavior

Newly moderated:
bit.listserv.graph-ti

New group:
bit.listserv.apar-l
