Hi,

I am fairly new to mailing-lists (but not to the Internet) and I hope I
am not covering old ground.

Can someone help me or point me in the right direction ? I would like to
start a mailing-list for a particular subject - Is there a server
somewhere that allows you to do this, is there a charge, etc ?

Thanks in advance (Return by E-mail would be best!)

Gareth (garethc@unipalm.co.uk)

P.S. > Tried searching the net for info, but could only find articles on
how to join existing mail-lists.
