Ecological Risk Assessment Scientists


Zeneca Ag Products, an international agrochemical company, seeks two
ecotoxicologists to be located at Wilmington, DE and Richmond, CA, to
conduct ecological risk assessments as part of an international team of
environmental scientists.  Chosen candidates will provide support for
laboratory and field studies and also assess the risk to non-target
organisms from the use of plant protection products to aid in effective
regulatory and business decision-making.  Successful candidates will be
expected to interpret the ecological significance and consequences of
risk assessments and be able to effectively communicate their findings.
Individuals will have the opportunity to influence technical and
regulatory project plans via involvement in multi-disciplinary project
teams and will also contribute to the development of ecological risk
assessment methods and approaches.

Candidates should have a PhD in ecotoxicology, or ecology or a PhD in
environmental science with relevant experience in ecotoxicology and risk
assessment.
