Drake University mailing problem

I am having difficulty sending mail to KB0001R@DRAKE.BITNET.  Mailers tell 
me they can't contact DRAKE.BITNET at all.  Does this machine still exist ?  
If not, how do I contact the intended recipient ?  Who do I contact as the 
postmaster at drake ?  Thanks in advance.
