I am in a bit of a bind. I need to know what a listserver is ( on the
internet I believe), what a listserver does, and how can a listserver
be helpful.

If possible, can you please forward your replies to: segur@mot.com

I haven't found anybody that knows much about them, and I wanted to
seek many opinions (or opinions with facts) through the internet.
Your input is appreciated.
