compete in the first U.X. Open - Alternative Golf Championship to be held
on August 21, 1999. 

Profiled in the July 26 issue of Newsweek and in several online and other
print publications, the inaugural U.X. Open is an extreme-terrained, stoke
play tournament which is played on the ski slopes of Mountain Creek Resort
in Vernon, NJ.

Each participant receives the following:
