In order to evaluate technology on our campuses, I am looking for a survey
that would help us to identify and prioritize technology needs.   This
survey should include information on how teachers use technology in the
classroom, whether the technology is adequate, level of training, support
for repairs, and anything else that might help us better serve our
populations.  I want to include a component on how the teacher feels that
the technology available supports identified instructional objectives.
