I realize that the ranges can vary from a few thousand to several hundred
thousand (or millions), but I have been asked to come up with a _general_
figure to set up a video production studio.  I am aware that costs can vary
widely depending on digital vs. not digital, video format, etc.  The
facility should include cameras, lights, switching, recording, editing, and
other post-production equipment.  Any _ballpark_ figures would be
appreciated.

I would also like to have some estimates on salaries to staff such a
facility:  number of staff needed, salary for each, etc.  Any information on
the return on investment (costs to use outside production houses vs.
internal once facility is operational) are also needed.  I know this is all
very vague, but any and all assistance would be appreciated.  Thanks in
advance.
